adequate but underwhelming experience
needed thingsinaccurate listing
the apartment had everything i needed, so that was acceptable.
the hotel information said toiletries and shampoos are provided, but this isnt true. we only received a starter kit for one day. i think the listing should be more accurate about this.

I was a little disappointed with a few things. the hallway carpets looked quite dirty (i noticed several marks). also, i thought the bed was not very comfortable. The pillows felt lumpy.

The noise at night was a real problem. i heard fighting and loud music until late hours. I was told the area was safe, but it felt pretty rough. also, the cost of train tickets adds up quickly when traveling into the city each day. it got really annoying.

I received a warm welcome from the staff. the apartment was near hither green station (it is only a short walk). this made getting to places easy. Tower bridge was just a short train ride away (20 minutes exactly!).
the hotel information mentioned toiletries would be provided. this was true for the first day only. this should have been more clearly stated as a starter kit only.

the apartment provided great facilities. we could have our family breakfast. the restaurant next door was reasonably priced. friendly staff made check-in and check-out easy.
